We guarantee our plant material to be healthy and true to name. Any claims must be made within 72 hours.
Delivery:
We have our own delivery trucks as well as access to common carriers. Please call concerning rates.
Summer Digging: We make every effort to provide our customers with the trees they request on a year-round basis. During the driest times we often have to water, spray with anti-transpirants & acclimate trees to ensure survivability. At these times there will be an additional $10.00 per tree added to the catalog price.
Brokering:
In order to better serve our customers we offer brokered plant material. Quality being one of our greatest concerns, we will only broker that plant material which is comparable to our own. We try to honor our catalog price, however, circumstances may force a change in price. Please call us with any of your plant material needs.
Pre-Dug Material:
Each spring we pre-dig large quantities of those trees which can’t be dug during summer months. These trees have plastic wrapped around the sides of the rootball to prevent the tree from rooting in until it's final planting. Once the trees are dug we set them in holes where they are spaced out and put under drip irrigation. This irrigation process keeps foliage looking much better than overhead irrigation. We find that providing pre-dug trees offers our customers a better selection of trees throughout the summer with no transplant shock.
